Intermix02: 3-11 October 2002 >>
Intermix02 was the first year of what is now Pavilion’s annual programme to showcase contemporary artists’ film and video. As part of Leeds International Film Festival, Intermix02 showed a series of short films at Leeds City Art Gallery.

The programme consisted of 3 separate screenings:
Ars Electronica Computer Animation
A showreel of winning entries selected from the Austrian Prix Ars Electronica 2002. The Ars Electronica prize continues to run annually.
Selector with Loop:02
A mixed showreel exploring everyday life in urban Leeds from a somewhat unexpected angle. Selector showcased West Yorkshire’s ‘Class of 2002’ showing seven selected pieces of work from students graduating from Fine Art, Graphic and Multimedia degree courses. Loop:02, produced by Thomas Danby College, shows an eclectic video diary of the year 2002.
