Ozymandias: 21 – 25 June 2004 >>
In partnership with Round Foundry Media Centre and funded by Leeds City Council International Relations Department.
An exhibition of photography by the internationally acclaimed German photographer, Thomas Kellner; Ozymandias brought together some of Kellner’s most striking imagery of iconic buildings from across Europe.
Informed by the vision of the Cubists, Kellner fragments and contorts these symbols of architectural achievement, both celebrating and challenging our perceptions of the built environment and our relationship to it.
Ozymandias is a Ffotogallery touring exhibition and was brought to Leeds by Pavilion as part of the celebrations for Architecture Week.
During the week, Thomas Kellner was in-conversation with Rob Haswell, Design Director, SMC Gower Architects.
